HP Inc. has launched a new AI-enabled workplace device designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations in modern enterprise environments. The announcement forms part of the company’s broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence directly into workplace hardware and software systems.
The company said the new device is built to support “AI-native computing,” in which artificial intelligence is embedded in core workplace tools rather than delivered as separate applications. HP stated that the goal is to reduce workflow inefficiencies and improve employee productivity by enabling devices to handle tasks such as document summarisation, scheduling, and meeting assistance directly on the system.
HP also said the device is designed with privacy and performance in mind, noting that many AI functions are processed on-device to reduce reliance on cloud infrastructure and improve response speed.
The company further explained that the new system will be integrated into its broader AI workplace ecosystem, which connects PCs, printers, and collaboration tools into a unified intelligent platform. HP added that the system will also provide IT administrators with enhanced control through centralised management features.
HP described the launch as part of its vision for a “future-ready workplace,” in which intelligent systems enable seamless collaboration and automation across enterprise environments.
The rollout will begin with select enterprise customers before expanding to wider markets in phases through 2026.
