Founder Profile – Dr Celestine Achi
Dr Celestine Achi is a Nigerian digital communications strategist, AI educator, public relations professional, and technology entrepreneur. He is the Founder and CEO of Cihan Media Communications, a communications and PR technology company focused on digital influence, media intelligence, reputation management, and AI-powered communications solutions.
With more than three decades of experience spanning digital communications, reputation management, media intelligence, and technology-driven public relations, Dr Achi has played a significant role in advancing AI adoption within the communications industry. He is the creator of the TABS-D Framework for AI education and has led AI communications training programs for professionals across Africa through Cihan Digital Academy.
He is also associated with several communications technology initiatives within the Cihan Media framework, including media intelligence and PR technology platforms. In 2026, he launched AGENTPR, an AI-powered PR intelligence platform designed to help communications professionals move beyond traditional media monitoring to intelligence-driven decision-making.
