Dr. Olubayo Adekanmbi is a Nigerian technology entrepreneur, artificial intelligence leader, and Co-founder of EqualyzAI, an AI company focused on developing inclusive AI technologies for African languages and communities.

Career & Leadership
Dr. Adekanmbi co-founded EqualyzAI alongside Dr. Ife Adebara to develop AI systems capable of understanding African languages, dialects, and local communication patterns. Under his leadership, the company has built AI infrastructure based on hyperlocal datasets collected with support from native language speakers across Africa.
Before EqualyzAI, he founded and led initiatives through Data Science Nigeria, where he contributed to building AI education, research, and innovation capacity in Nigeria.
