Oracle and Cohere have strengthened their collaboration to expand access to generative AI tools for enterprise customers, with a focus on integrating advanced large language models into business systems through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The partnership aims to help organisations deploy AI applications more easily while maintaining strict security, privacy, and data governance standards. By combining Cohere’s foundation models with Oracle’s cloud infrastructure, enterprises will be able to customise and run AI models using their own data within a controlled environment.
Oracle says the move is designed to simplify enterprise AI adoption.
“Our partnership with Cohere will enable our customers to easily embed generative AI into their business,” said Clay Magouyrk, Executive Vice President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
“Using Cohere’s foundational models, customers can securely incorporate their own data to train specific models, deploy them on best-in-class AI infrastructure through OCI, and experience the business benefits immediately in their applications.”
Cohere also highlighted the enterprise focus of the collaboration, particularly around secure and private AI deployment.

The companies say the integration will allow businesses to apply generative AI across functions such as customer service, document processing, and enterprise analytics, while keeping data within secure cloud environments.
The partnership reflects growing demand among enterprises for AI systems that are both powerful and compliant with corporate security requirements.
