LG Electronics is accelerating the rollout of its AI-enabled smart home ecosystem across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), showcasing cutting-edge connected living technologies first at LG InnoFest 2026 MEA in Abu Dhabi and subsequently at the Mega HORECA 2026 exhibition in Nigeria.
At the InnoFest event in Abu Dhabi, LG presented a broad portfolio of AI-driven home innovations tailored for regional markets under its “Zero Labour Home” vision, a seamless smart ecosystem where appliances and devices communicate intelligently to simplify daily life. The lineup included advanced kitchen appliances, AI-optimised laundry systems, adaptive refrigerators and premium TVs with enhanced personalisation features powered by LG’s AI platforms.
Building on this momentum, LG brought these innovations to Nigeria’s Mega HORECA 2026, giving consumers, business partners and hospitality stakeholders hands-on access to its AI-powered smart home ecosystem. Visitors experienced intelligent refrigerators, connected laundry solutions, smart cooking appliances and advanced air-conditioning units designed to elevate everyday living and professional environments.
“LG is committed to delivering user-centric, locally optimised solutions that make everyday life more convenient for customers across the Middle East and Africa,” said Hyoung Sub Ji, President of LG West Africa, highlighting the company’s strategy of aligning global innovation with local needs.
Through these regional showcases, LG reinforces its leadership in smart living technology and demonstrates how its AI home ecosystem can transform homes and businesses across diverse markets. Its efforts reflect a broader commitment to enhancing the convenience, efficiency and connectedness of modern life across the MEA region.
